The first two weeks of my teaching practice in the first phase were both challenging and rewarding. Stepping into the classroom as a teacher, I gradually adapted to the responsibilities of lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement. Initially, I faced difficulties in managing time and handling diverse learning styles, but with guidance from my mentor teacher, I improved my instructional strategies. I incorporated interactive methods such as discussions, visual aids, and questioning techniques to make lessons more engaging. Observing students' responses and assessing their progress helped me refine my teaching approach. By the end of these two weeks, I gained confidence, developed a better rapport with students, and felt more comfortable in the role of a teacher. This experience laid a strong foundation for the rest of my teaching practice. I completed 2 poems - From a railway carriage and Marvellous travel and started the story- The shipwrecked sailor.
