1 phase Bi -Weekly report (3&4)

    WEEK 3 & WEEK 4

Over the past two weeks of my teaching practice, I have gained valuable experience in lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement. I implemented various teaching strategies, including interactive discussions, visual aids, and group activities, to make learning more effective and engaging. Managing a classroom has been both challenging and rewarding, as I learned to handle diverse learning styles and maintain discipline while fostering a positive learning environment.

Assessments, such as quizzes and assignments, helped me evaluate student progress and adjust my teaching methods accordingly. Feedback from my mentor teacher provided constructive insights that enabled me to improve my instructional approach. Additionally, I built a strong rapport with students, which enhanced their participation and enthusiasm for learning.

Overall, this bi-weekly period has strengthened my confidence as a teacher, improved my adaptability, and deepened my understanding of effective teaching strategies. It has been a meaningful journey, reinforcing my commitment to becoming a skilled and compassionate educator.

I continued the story- A Shipwrecked Sailor in this two week and we have celebrated Independence Day in school. All the teachers, students, and trainee teachers were present and we have hosted the flag in the school

By this stage, I had developed a strong rapport with them, which made classroom interactions more engaging and productive. I continued using interactive teaching methods, including discussions, group activities, and real-life applications, to enhance their understanding of concepts.
