WEEK 7 AND WEEK 8
After the Onam vacation, the school reopened with a renewed sense of energy and enthusiasm among students and teachers. The transition back to academics required careful planning, as students were still in a festive mood. I focused on revising key concepts to help them regain their academic rhythm. Interactive discussions and recap sessions were conducted to refresh their understanding of previous lessons.
A major task during this period was the distribution of exam papers and discussing the results with students. I guided them in analyzing their performance, identifying strengths, and working on areas that needed improvement. Encouraging students to learn from their mistakes and adopt better study strategies was an important part of this process. Some students showed concern over their scores, and I provided support and motivation to help them stay positive and work harder.
Classroom management was crucial during this phase, as students had varied reactions to their results. By maintaining an encouraging and supportive environment, I ensured that students stayed motivated for the next phase of learning. Overall, these two weeks were focused on helping students transition smoothly from vacation mode to academic focus while reinforcing their confidence through constructive feedback.
I taught grammar portion based on models of teaching and continued the story - The Little Round Red House and our school conducted ARTS DAY- LAYAM 2K24
