1 week Second Phase Teaching Practice # Started

As part of my two year B.Ed course (2023-2025 ), me and another teacher trainee from my college, went to GHSS CHAVARA for the SECOND phase of school internship starting from 11th NOVEMBER 2024. We arrived at 9:15 am in school. There was no outside assembly in the morning but everyone has to stand up for morning prayer before starting the school activities. Since it was out first day, my co-teacher trainee and me waited till FIRST PERIOD for the headmistress to come. During this time, we mingled with the teaching and non-teaching taff and familiarised the school environment and activities. Later, we met the HM and she gave instructions regarding our roles and duties and asked us to seek the support of our optional teachers who is our subject teacher-in-charge.

In the last phase, I got 8th grade, I got my own 8 B students that I already teach them during the first phase

.Before entering the classroom, the teacher came and introduced the children.I started the day with the belief that even if my children are a little naughty, I can control them.Mid-term exams for children were being held from today. The exam is conducted in two periods, so we were given exam duties by the teacher.

1 phase Bi-Weekly Report (9&10 week)

WEEK 9 AND WEEK 10 As my teaching practice reached its final two weeks, I focused on refining my teaching skills and ensuring a meaningful learning experience for my students. By this stage, I had developed a strong rapport with them, which made classroom interactions more engaging and productive. I continued using interactive teaching methods, including discussions, group activities, and real-life applications, to enhance their understanding of concepts. During these weeks, I also concentrated on revision sessions to help students reinforce their learning before their upcoming assessments. I provided additional support to students who needed extra guidance, ensuring they felt confident in their studies. Classroom management had significantly improved, and students were more disciplined and cooperative. As my teaching practice came to an end, I took time to reflect on my journey, the challenges I overcame, and the valuable lessons I learned. The farewell from students and staff wa...
